Kala Is Alive But In ICU – UTH Confirms To Squash Speculations
Speculations going round is that Kalaba has died while UTH confirm that he is alive but battling in Intensive Care Unit ICU.
Media houses have confirmed his passing even his former club TP Mazembe but there is yet official statement from FAZ.
As we stand, we stand with UTH information regarding Kalaba’s status: him being in ICU currently. The messages on social media reads:
Former Chipolopolo midfield star Rainford ‘Master’ Kalaba has passed away at the age of 37 following severe fractures and concussion.Kalaba was involved in a serious accident on Saturday morning along the Kafue-Lusaka road.After the accident, the former agile player was rushed to the Intensive Care Unit at the University Teaching Hospital, where he later passed away.
