ZED MOBILE AGENTS CRY FOR THEIR PAYMENTS
Zed Mobile, the fourth Zambian network provider, is facing challenges with payments in its first month of operation.
Although the company promises faster internet services, agents handling Know Your Customer (KYC) registrations are reporting delayed payments.
These agents are currently being paid through other mobile money providers, as Zed Mobile has yet to implement its own mobile payment service.
While some agents claim to have received their payments, many others continue to voice their frustrations.
No formal statement has been issued by Zed Mobile regarding the delays.
